Job Description:

Tekaccel Healthcare is seeking a highly qualified physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in 400 NJ-70, Lakewood, NJ 08701. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients to improve their physical mobility and overall quality of life. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations of patients.
-Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
-Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to address patient conditions.
-Educate patients and their families about exercises, techniques, and home care strategies.
-Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective patient care.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
-Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:
