Physical Therapist – Assisted Living Facility, Shrewsbury, NJ

We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Physical Therapist at our Assisted Living Facility in Shrewsbury, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact on the lives of residents by providing personalized, compassionate care. As part of our collaborative healthcare team, you will help residents achieve their mobility and wellness goals, enhancing their quality of life every day.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the individual needs of each resident and develop customized treatment plans that enhance mobility, strength, and function.
• Apply hands-on therapeutic techniques to help residents recover, improve daily function, and prevent physical decline.
• Educate residents and their families on rehabilitation, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and track progress using EMR systems.
• Stay current on advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate the latest evidence-based techniques into your care.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
