Reform Physical Therapy is hiring for a full-time physical therapist in Brunswick. Reform Physical Therapy is a privately owned practice that treats solely in a one-on-one setting. As a growing company, Reform is in search of energetic and easygoing therapists that are looking to offer their patients the best quality care in a low-pressure, encouraging, and fun environment. Our ideal candidate will be prideful in providing high-quality care, working well within a team, and representing Reform at infrequent community events.

At Reform, work-life balance is held in high regard. With abundant paid vacation time, major holidays off, and paid sick time, Reform's employees are able to find a balance that allows them to offer the best care possible to patients while not missing out on their own lives. At Reform, we understand that life happens, which is why we encourage employees to use their earned time and take the breaks from work they need. In addition to the work-life balance, we also encourage actual fun within the workspace. This can come in many forms - from celebrating employee birthdays, to holiday parties, to practice-wide competitions, we aim to ensure that your time at the office isn't ALL for work. Sneaking fun into the work weeks help them fly by, in our opinion.

Reform prioritizes a hands-on manual and functional therapy approach in an effort to provide patients with the care they need to truly recover, not just mask the symptoms for a short period. Therapists' daily schedules are manageable and patients are never double booked which allows ample time for documentation and provider communication.

The actual clinics of Reform are bright and open, and do not have the gym or 'doctor's office' feeling. The clinics have been designed to provide sufficient open space for exercising/stretching while also offering private rooms for those that prefer privacy. Therapists typically have their own 'space' within the clinic so that there is no need to move your belongings from area to area.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and meet patients' goals and needs
  • Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' function
  • Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
  • Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
  • Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them achieve physical therapy goals
  • Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Consult and practice with other health professionals

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a physical therapist
  • Intensive education and clinical expertise
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices
  • Drive to continually learn and grow
  • Professional behavior
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid license to practice physical therapy
  • Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy

Work Environment

  • We strive to have fun everyday, while offering effective therapy
  • Relaxed environment where your time is appreciated and your opinions are acknowledged
  • You are not just an employee, you are part of a team

Therapists of all experience levels are encouraged to apply including new grads.
