Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients recover and return to a pain‑free life. Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients. Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met. Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes. Collaborate with clinicians and staff to provide comprehensive care. Contribute to the clinic’s success through teamwork, professionalism, and excellence. Qualifications A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment. Strong clinical skills.
