Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity – Waldwick, NJ

As a Physical Therapist at our Assisted Living Facility in Waldwick, NJ, you'll play a key role in helping residents regain mobility and independence, improving their overall quality of life. This is a full-time opportunity with a collaborative team that values your expertise and dedication to patient care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Your Role:

  • Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess residents' individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Hands-On Therapy: Deliver therapeutic interventions that focus on improving mobility, functionality, and overall well-being.
  • Empower Residents: Provide guidance to residents and their families on rehabilitation strategies and wellness for long-term health.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate care plans, progress notes, and outcomes using our EMR system.
  • Stay Informed: Incorporate evidence-based practices to provide the highest standard of care.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome).
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
  • Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
