Physical Therapist – Assisted Living Facility, Woodcliff Lake, NJ

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Assisted Living Facility in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. In this role, you will work closely with residents to improve their mobility, enhance their functional independence, and help them achieve their therapy goals. Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each resident’s physical condition and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide targeted therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate residents and their families on rehabilitation techniques to support continued recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, progress, and patient interactions using EMR systems.
• Stay current with the latest physical therapy practices and integrate them into patient care.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
