Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving daily progress toward recovery.
  • Educate nursing staff and patient families on follow-through programs to sustain rehabilitation progress.
  • Communicate patient progress and any concerns to supervisors and the care team; assist with scheduling and maintain accurate patient records and billing.
  • Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Ensure equipment and workspace cleanliness and safety.
  • Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and all applicable state/federal laws.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in North Carolina.
  • CPR certification (current).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
