Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess residents’ individual needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Administer targeted therapy to enhance mobility, build strength, and improve overall functionality.
• Educate residents and their families on effective techniques and strategies to support ongoing recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment plans and progress using our EMR system.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy to integrate evidence-based practices into your treatments effectively.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
