Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Office, Yelm, WA

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient office in Yelm, WA. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in providing personalized care to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 short days, 2 long days)

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop customized treatment plans for patients.
• Use manual therapy and exercises to reduce pain and increase mobility.
• Maintain small caseloads to ensure focused and personalized care.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapy license in Washington
• Experience in orthopedic care and manual therapy
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar EMR systems
• Strong communication and patient care skills
