Job Summary: Program Director of Physical Therapists
MediBril is currently seeking an exceptional Program Director of Physical Therapists (P-PT) to oversee our team of dedicated physical therapists. In this leadership role, you will manage daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and promote continuous professional development for your team. Duties:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Physical Therapy department, ensuring all activities align with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Create, implement, and evaluate physical therapy programs to meet the diverse needs of our patient population.
- Perform quality audits and reviews to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop physical therapists and support staff, providing professional growth and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Manage budget and resources for the Physical Therapy department, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Organize and lead departmental meetings, collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Physical Therapy department and other healthcare organizations, regulatory bodies, and educational institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in physical therapy, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
