Professional Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will work alongside our team of licensed therapists to provide crucial assistance and support to our patients.

We are committed to helping our patients recover and regain their strength and mobility. Our company values the well-being and comfort of our patients, and we strive to provide the highest standard of care and personalized treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and preparation of treatment areas for patient therapy sessions.
  • Monitor and adjust therapy equipment as needed during treatment sessions.
  • Escort patients to and from treatment areas and provide assistance as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
  • Prepare hot and cold packs for therapy sessions.
  • Assist with laundry and cleaning duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting or extended periods of standing.
  • Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.

$16/hour
