Join Performance Optimal Health as a Physical Therapy Aide and become part of a dedicated team that is committed to enhancing the health and well-being of our clients. In this role, you will support our physical therapists in delivering exceptional care, ensuring that our clients feel welcomed and motivated during their recovery journeys.

At Performance, we believe in a holistic approach that encompasses exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. Each client receives a personalized Optimal Health Assessment to tailor their care to their unique needs. As we expand into new locations, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and eager to make a positive impact within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment for patients.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and linens, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Support patients during their rehabilitation exercises under the direction of physical therapists.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and maintaining patient records in our electronic system.
  • Promote a positive experience for clients through attentive customer service and effective communication.

Our mission is to provide top-tier care, and we would love for you to be a part of our growing team. Ideal candidates interested in pursuing careers in physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or fitness are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Passion for health and wellness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, with data-entry experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and some weekends.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
