We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a Skilled Nursing Facility serving a primarily long-term care patient population. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care while working collaboratively with the therapy team to support patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

• Flexible schedule

• Shifts must be completed between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• Flexibility available as long as required hours are met

• Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities

• Document patient progress and communicate updates with the care team

• Work primarily with long-term care residents in an SNF setting

• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

• Active state Physical Therapy Assistant license

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PTA

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred

• Current BLS certification required (ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable)

• Full-time coverage needed immediately

• Opportunity for temporary full-time support coverage anticipated in the near future

• No holiday coverage required
