Provide physical therapy assistant services in assisted living environment Work 35 hours per week on Monday through Friday schedule Deliver patient care services without weekend rotation requirements Collaborate with therapy team to implement treatment plans Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Assist with patient mobility and therapeutic exercises Follow established protocols and procedures for patient care Maintain professional standards and continuing education requirements Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
