We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Hospitalist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide care to pediatric patients who require hospitalization, including managing acute and chronic illnesses, coordinating with specialists, and communicating with patients' families. The Pediatric Hospitalist will also participate in teaching and supervising medical students and residents, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to pediatric patients admitted to the hospital

- Manage and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, including performing procedures as necessary

- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans

- Communicate effectively with patients' families to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's care

- Participate in teaching and supervising medical students, residents, and other healthcare providers

- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects as part of the hospitalist team

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school

- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics

- Completion of a Pediatric Hospitalist fellowship (preferred)

- Valid state medical license and DEA registration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care to pediatric patients
