Position Overview:
Our client, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is seeking experienced and compassionate Physician Assistants to join their primary care teams. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and fostering long-term relationships with patients. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions. This role provides an opportunity to engage deeply in primary care, contributing to the well-being of diverse populations across multiple community-focused clinics.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Physician Assistant (PA) certification.
- Active New York State PA license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $115,000 to $135,000, depending on experience.
