This is a unique opportunity to lead a collaborative clinical team while maintaining hands-on patient care. The role is ideal for a physician who enjoys blending clinical work with operational leadership — all within a weekday-only schedule.

• Base Salary: $230K–$255K (based on experience and qualifications)
