Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Physician to provide on-site primary medical care services for students enrolled at the Oconaluftee Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center (JCCC) in Cherokee, NC

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site medical services to Job Corps students (ages 16–24) in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
- Perform medical examinations, assessments, treatments, immunizations, and referrals as necessary.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based, cost-effective healthcare practices.
- Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Director and Center Director to ensure integrated care and program alignment.
- Promote preventive health education, including nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle counseling.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records consistent with government requirements.
- Participate in ongoing health promotion, early detection, and prevention programs.
- Provide follow-up care and referrals to appropriate medical specialists as needed

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: MD/DO from an accredited institution / Master's degree
- Licensure:
- Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) valid in the State of North Carolina
- Current DEA registration (If applicable)
- Experience: Professional experience providing healthcare to young adults or underserved populations preferred.
- Technical requirements:
- Maintain required credentials, certifications, and insurance throughout the contract period.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening prior to contract performance.
- Medical liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000.
- Soft Skills: Interdisciplinary collaboration, health education, cultural sensitivity
