DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job Title: Interventional Pain Medicine Physician
- Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Location: Mountain Home, AR
- Service Setting: Hospital-Based Outpatient and Surgical Settings
- Schedule: Monday Friday, Daytime Schedule PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
- Patient Demographics: Adult and Geriatric
- Average Daily Volume / Census: High volume of interventional pain patients
- Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Comprehensive Interventional Pain Management including procedural-based care in procedure center, outpatient surgery center, and main operating room FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- Beds in Department/Unit: 268-bed acute care facility
- EMR System: Hospital EMR System (details available upon request)
- Specialty Backup: Multispecialty medical and surgical support available
- Support Staff: Dedicated nursing and procedural support teams
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed position within hospital medical staff structure
- Reason for Opening: Growth and continued expansion of pain management services CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE

- DEA & Certifications: Active DEA and required life support certifications
- Credentialing Timeline: Standard hospital credentialing timeline

- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
