Academic Sleep Medicine Physician Cincinnati, OH Position Highlights: Join a nationally recognized Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep division Provide comprehensive adult sleep medicine care (13+) across two modern sleep labs Engage academically: teach, mentor, and develop curriculum for fellows, residents, and students Participate in research including clinical trials and scholarly projects Flexible schedule balancing sleep study interpretation, outpatient care, and academic work Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on AAMC Midwest Academic benchmarks: Assistant Professor: $326,500 Associate Professor: $341,000 Professor: $353,000 Quarterly clinical variable bonus structure. $10,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance offered. CME allowance of $4,000 annually. Retirement contributions of 8.5% from UCPC, with participation in the State of Ohio retirement plan (no Social Security contribution required). Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Sleep Medicine. Pulmonary-trained candidates preferred; other backgrounds (internal medicine, psychiatry, neurology, etc.) considered. Passion for academic medicine, education, and team-based care! Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
