Paid Part-Time Piano Accompanist Position Available

Wakefield United Methodist Church located in North Raleigh is looking for a part-time piano accompanist to support the Adult Choir and 10:00 am worship service (select Sundays only)

Position Details:

• Provide piano accompaniment approximately once per month during 10:00 am Sunday

Worship Service (including prelude, hymn accompaniment, choir song performance and postlude)

• Provide choir rehearsal support on two Wednesday evenings leading up to the Sunday morning performance
• Paid position commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in playing piano sheet music and accompaniment with varying levels of complexity
• Previous experience working with choirs preferred
• Simple audition required as part of selection process
