Duties:

- Prepare and cook pizzas from scratch according to specific recipes and customer requests
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
- Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist with catering orders and special events as required
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Experience:

- Previous experience as a pizza cook or similar is preferred but we will train the right person
- Knowledge of pizza dough stretching, topping application, and baking techniques pan advantage
- Familiarity with various pizza types, toppings, and flavors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
