Job Details A highly established and well-recognized plaintiff personal injury firm with a significant footprint across Virginia is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its growing team in several Virginia office locations. Salary: $90,000 - $170,000 per year. This role will focus on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters from intake through resolution, depending on experience level. Representative responsibilities may include: Managing personal injury caseloads involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and related tort matters Conducting client intake and case evaluations Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages Negotiating pre‑litigation settlements with carriers and opposing counsel Taking and defending depositions Attending hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings (depending on experience) Working directly with clients throughout the lifecycle of their cases Qualifications 1–8+ years of litigation experience preferred Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred; litigators from insurance defense or adjacent civil litigation backgrounds with genuine interest in plaintiff‑side work may be considered Virginia bar admission required (or ability to waive in, depending on background) Strong writing, advocacy, negotiation, and client‑facing skills Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, client‑centric environment Why Join Us Established plaintiff platform with strong case volume and name recognition Existing pipeline of work – no need to build a book to be successful Hands‑on litigation exposure with meaningful responsibility Strong mentorship and growth opportunity Multiple Virginia office options for geographic flexibility Excellent fit for attorneys who enjoy advocacy, client interaction, and tangible case outcomes Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
