We are seeking an experienced and highly organized (bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus) Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal who can confidently manage cases from intake through resolution. This is a key role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of both pre-litigation and litigation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from inception to settlement or trial
• Handle all aspects of pre-litigation, including:
• Requesting and reviewing medical records and bills
• Drafting demand packages
• Communicating with insurance adjusters
• Oversee litigation support, including:
• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Managing court calendars and deadlines
• Assisting attorneys with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providers, and opposing counsel
• Ensure files are properly documented, organized, and progressing efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
• Proven ability to handle cases independently from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of pre-litigation and litigation procedures
• Experience with Smart Advocate case management software and e-filing systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
