Fast-paced and dynamic law firm, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· File Complaints, Motions, Proof of Service etc. with the Court

· Request and organize medical records and bills

· Prepare and send settlement documents

· Maintain regular client communication

· Support attorneys with case preparation as needed

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a plaintiff litigation personal injury paralegal

· Strong knowledge of plaintiff personal injury law

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent multitasking, organizational, and writing skills

· High attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with clients
