The Planner is a key role responsible for efficiently scheduling and coordinating all manufacturing and production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality landing gear components. This position manages the flow of materials, supplies, and parts within and between departments, balancing production capacity with customer demands. The Planner works closely with production teams, procurement, and quality control to align schedules with operational capabilities and customer requirements. This position is based in Medley, FL . Important Notice Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position. Responsibilities Schedule the flow of production, materials, supplies, and parts within and between plant departments Review master production schedules and work orders to set priorities for customer orders and production needs Adjust schedules to accommodate work order changes and customer requirements Review production specifications against plant capabilities Execute individual assignments from supervisors and ensure continuous control over quality-related activities Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, corporation, and community Maintain professional competence, knowledge, and skills for effective job performance Support process improvements and operational efficiencies Assist in problem‑solving and recommend scheduling or resource adjustments as needed Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications Education: High School diploma or higher Experience: 1–3 years of related experience High attention to detail and time management Excellent verbal and written communication Active listener, customer focus and results driven Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
