TRIPATRA is looking PLANNING ENGINEER for project based agreementJOB DESCRIPTIONS :Understand project scope, contracts, tasks, and timeline across engineering, procurement, and construction.Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for tracking progress, scheduling, and costs.Coordinate milestone dates and ensure proper scheduling including track schedule issues, report delays, and suggest solutions.Review and Monitor progress in all areas like engineering, fabrication, and construction.Identify and address gaps between planned and actual progress.Perform risk analysis for project completion and alternatives.Implement monitoring processes like KPIs, earned value, and resource tracking.Analyze changes and assess risks, costs, and delays.Maintain communication with the project team, client, and PMO.REQUIREMENTS:Min.
