About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to support a major ERP system transition and oversee production planning across six manufacturing sites. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team and play a pivotal role in coordinating operations, managing inventory, and ensuring production targets are met on time.Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate production activities across multiple manufacturing sites, including labour scheduling and maintaining accurate data.Operate within a 13-week firm planning window while forecasting up to 24 months ahead to align with client demand.Attend daily operations meetings to monitor batch progress and flag potential risks impacting delivery schedules.Provide schedule and delivery updates to clients, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.Collaborate with the warehouse and customer service teams to manage stock levels, cycle counts, and material reordering.Contribute to weekly performance metrics covering the full production process from material receipt through QC testing, manufacturing, and shipping.Requirements:5 - 6 years of experience in production planning, coordination, or a related role.Previous experience in manufacturing or pharma is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to follow strict procedures.Excellent communication skills and a patient, client-focused mindset.Comfortable working on-site in a small team environment.
