About the Role

We are seeking a strong operational leader to manage our plant and ensure excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and service. As the legal representative of the site, the Plant Manager oversees all operations, leads the management team, ensures compliance with IATF/ISO standards, and drives continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead plant operations and ensure achievement of QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) objectives.
  • Full P&L responsibility, budget preparation, and cost management.
  • Implement and enforce QHSE policies in accordance with group guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure successful customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
  • Trigger "Red Alert" processes when major risks arise.
  • Drive productivity, investment planning, and operational performance.
  • Manage, develop, and support a team of ~20 employees; ensure a positive social climate.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with all HSE and labour regulations.
  • Report major deviations and provide weekly performance updates to the European Operations Department.

Required Skills & Profile

  • Strong leadership and operational management experience in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP, advanced Excel skills, and comfort with data tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Strong understanding of IATF/ISO standards and QHSE management systems.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and rigor in decision-making.

HSE Responsibilities

  • Promote and ensure strict compliance with all safety, environmental, and energy policies.
  • Lead prevention initiatives and intervene in case of accidents.
  • Authority to stop any activity presenting danger to people, equipment, or the environment.
