• Title: Plant Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist
• Department: Energy + Operations Deland maintenance
• Location: On-site, Deland, FL
• Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
• Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (overtime as needed)

• Perform electrical installations and repairs per engineering drawings and OEM specifications.
• Collaborate with operators to maximize equipment readiness and throughput.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance to cut unplanned downtime.
• Operate independently while supporting department engineers and designers with manufacturing technical expertise.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of journeyman-level industrial electrical experience in comparable work centers.
• Solid grasp of single- and three-phase power and plant power distribution.
• Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

• Experience with steel microfibers.
• CNC maintenance, low-voltage controls, and PLCs.
• Heavy manufacturing exposure.

• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Journeyman’s License
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Electrical / Electronic Systems
• Industrial Electrical Experience
