Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and construction phase of the plant, work scope include but not limit

to: Design a proper organization structure, support the hiring of the key positions, deploy

the standard operating processes, ensure the processes in place to get all relevant

permits.

• Drive the organization in achieving agreed operational performance/budgets, ensuring

the achievement of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Plant Targets of: Safety

Performance, Quality Performance, Internal and External Customer Delivery

Performance, Production Volumes, Manufacturing Costs, Productivity, Working Capital,

Profit, Cash, Production KPIs and long-term business objectives based on aligned

planning targets.

• Drive and foster an environment of continuous improvement, ensures that there is a

long-term vision for the plant supported by a detailed plant roadmap with a clear

correlation between action and results, following overall company strategy.

• Lead, manage, coach, mentor, find and develop plant leadership team with passion to

ensure that a diverse result/process and problem solving-orientated organization is in

place and is cascaded throughout the plant by empowerment, clear accountability, and

compliance.

• Ensure the correct ramp up of this new plant and work closely with other strategic

business partners of the business.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 8+ years solid working experience in Operations and relevant Functions in the rigid

packaging industry

• 5+ years leadership experience including coaching/mentoring skills

• Previous experience in greenfield project is a plus

• Experience in Project Management

• Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

• Transformation competence and organizational development skills

• Coaching and Mentoring Skills

• Business & Finance Management Acumen

• Results / Process / Problem Solving - Oriented

• In Depth knowledge in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production and Launch Readiness
