The Opportunity: As a Plant Health Care Technician with RTEC, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the health of urban trees and landscapes. Your role will be to:
- Work outdoors to assess, diagnose, and treat plant health issues while contributing to the beautification of urban areas.
- Communicate sincerely and effectively with clients, providing education and recommendations on plant health solutions.
- Identify and implement proactive plant health care strategies, including pest management and disease prevention.
- Drive and operate company vehicles, including commercial vehicles (CDL preferred but not required).
- Maintain detailed records of treatments and recommendations while adhering to safety protocols and environmental best practices.

Who You Are:
- Experienced in tree care, landscaping, or home services, with a passion for environmental preservation.
- Skilled in pest control and plant health care (Registered Technician and/or Commercial Pesticide Applicator License preferred).
- Comfortable driving and operating box trucks and other commercial vehicles (1+ years preferred).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- A strong communicator with a commitment to client education and service excellence.
