Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and inventory management.
- Supervise and mentor a team of operational staff, including production workers, supply chain managers, and logistics personnel.
- Ensure the company's operational objectives align with overall business goals, optimizing performance across all departments.
- Production Management:
- Monitor the manufacturing and assembly processes of electronic components or products.
- Coordinate the workflow, ensuring that production timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or delays, collaborating with engineering and quality control teams.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Manage inventory control, ensuring stock levels are appropriate to meet customer demands without excess or shortage.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials or components.
- Implement lean inventory practices and optimize the supply chain for cost savings and efficiency.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that all products meet regulatory and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to implement testing and inspection procedures throughout the production process.
- Address quality control issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Budget and Cost Management:
- Develop and manage operational budgets, striving for cost reduction and process efficiency without compromising quality.
- Monitor operational expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Report on financial and operational performance to senior management.
- Process Improvement:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other best practices to streamline processes.
- Analyze operational performance data and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead projects that improve operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Oversee safety programs, training, and audits to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Address any safety concerns and ensure corrective actions are promptly implemented.
- Customer and Vendor Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendors to ensure smooth operational flows.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure that production schedules align with demand.
- Handle any escalations regarding orders, delivery timelines, or product quality.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role within the electronics manufacturing or related industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and improving production processes in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in project management, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and other operational tools.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or equivalent process improvement certification.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
Work Environment:

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, logistics, and sales.
