Lead production and warehouse teams, managing personnel, equipment, materials, and workflow. Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and support growth. Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer requirements and on-time delivery goals. Manage raw materials, inventory levels, and vendor relationships to support uninterrupted operations. Partner with Sales and Engineering to translate customer requirements into effective production plans. Support quality processes, address customer concerns, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safe operation. Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and motivate personnel. Has a track record of improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance through hands-on management. Thinks critically and solves operational problems with limited standardization. Communicates clearly across all levels of the organization and maintains strong working relationships. Is comfortable managing inventory, workflows, production scheduling, and vendor coordination. Shows initiative, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset. Can read blueprints and collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams.What's on OfferCompetitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
