I am currently partnered with a leading manufacturer within the Food Ingredient space who is looking for a Plant Manager.If you believe that the brief below fits your profile, please make sure to apply!Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.Manage production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of employees.Implement and maintain quality control standards specific to specialty food ingredients.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.Collaborate with R&D to innovate and improve product offerings.Analyze performance metrics; suggest and implement operational improvements.Maintain budgetary controls and manage plant expenditure effectively.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability within the plant.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in the food ingredients industry.Proven track record in plant management roles.Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field preferred.Experience with specialty food ingredients is essential.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).If you do not receive an answer within 2 weeks, please take this as your application being unsuccessful.
