Lead daily quarry operations for crushed stone production, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance

Champion a zero-incident safety culture aligned with core values: Safety, Integrity, and Quality

Ensure full compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal (OSHA/MSHA) regulations and permits

Supervise, train, and develop team members; drive performance, engagement, and career growth

Coordinate with commercial teams to plan and execute production schedules to meet demand

Monitor financial performance, analyze costs, and drive continuous improvement in profitability and efficiency

Identify and implement capital projects, mine plans, and process improvements

Maintain high product quality and deliver strong customer service through cross-functional collaboration

Oversee daily reporting, work assignments, and operational readiness (training, equipment, staffing)

Act as primary liaison with regulatory inspectors and support audits and compliance activities

Drive cost control and operational excellence initiatives, including OEE, preventive maintenance, and throughput optimization

Utilize systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, AggFlow, Viewpoint) to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
