In this full-time, on-site role, the Plant Manager will oversee production processes, manage plant staff, coordinate production schedules, and ensure efficient and safe manufacturing practices. Key responsibilities include leading operations to meet production goals, maintaining compliance with company standards, handling operational planning, and facilitating communication across teams to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.QualificationsProven expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations, including directing and optimizing manufacturing environments.Must have a six sigma black belt.Strong background in Operations Management, with the ability to improve operational efficiency and achieve production goals effectively.Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations to ensure coordination of schedules and high-quality output.Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor teams and maintain a safe, collaborative environment.Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in manufacturing settings.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.Previous experience managing a manufacturing or production facility is highly desirable.Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to adapt to dynamic production demands.
