Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager for thier Manufacturing facility near Walden NY. The Plant Manager will oversee the site manufacturing operations including Safety, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Logistics, Employee Engagement and Financials. The position is responsible for the operational metrics, goals and the oversight of all manufacturing processes including continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives as well as overall employee engagement. Teh Plant Manager will be a key driver for the site's Safety & Lean Programs. This person needs to have expreince managing KPI's, P&L, EBITA & Site Budgets.
