Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager for thier Manufacturing facility near Walden NY. The Plant Manager will oversee the site manufacturing operations including Safety, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Logistics, Employee Engagement and Financials. The position is responsible for the operational metrics, goals and the oversight of all manufacturing processes including continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives as well as overall employee engagement. Teh Plant Manager will be a key driver for the site's Safety & Lean Programs. This person needs to have expreince managing KPI's, P&L, EBITA & Site Budgets. Candidates with previous Plant Manager / Operations Manager Expreince are preferred. A Relocation Assistance PAckage has been prepared for interested candidates that can relocate.Interested Candidates should contact Lee Douglas @ 610 617-1447 or emial a current resume to LDouglas@judge.comThis job will have the following responsibilities:Responsible for KPI’s supporting Safety, Production, Quality, Service, Cost and People.Plan, develop, manage finances, expenses and budgets.Manage to establish manufacturing standards for cost control and waste reduction, spearhead the design, development, communication, and execution of “lean" manufacturing culture and processes, and implement manufacturing best practicesEnsure the plant is supporting the organizational S&OP processes which include supporting demand and capacity planning, new product introductions, inventory optimization and reporting. Work to continually enhance the processMonitors and controls process/maintenance costs and production levels to remain within budgetary goalsImplements improved manufacturing processes and management methods to generate higher ROI/EBITDA and workflow optimizationCreate, foster, and lead a high-performance culture, focused on engagement, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and a sense of urgencyQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Operations management - MBA a plus.5+ years in Manufacturing Leadership, Plant Management / Operations / Business Unit Manager, SI&OP Manager or related .Solid understanding of GMP's in a manufacturing environment.Proven knowledge in leading a S&OP process.Proven experience in developing High Performance Teams & Deploying Lean Manufacturing Principlies#JDP
