Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM On‑call availability required for facility needs Spring View Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Plant Operations Director (Maintenance Director) to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Maintenance Department and ensure a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained environment for our residents and staff. This leadership role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values accountability, and understands the importance of maintaining a healthcare facility to the highest standards.
