Be the Difference Between Pause and Production Pay: $35.00–$37.00 per hour Shift: Nights — 6:00pm–6:30am on a 2-2-3 rotation Can you diagnose a PLC issue, chase down a hydraulic leak, and coach an operator on best practices—all in one shift? If that sounds like your kind of challenge, this role puts you at the center of uptime, quality, and safety on our 12-hour night shift. Your Mission Keep equipment reliable through expert troubleshooting and corrective repair across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Execute preventive maintenance to plan, ensuring assets meet performance targets. Deliver scheduled repairs and improvement projects that leadership prioritizes. Teach production teams and technicians the right way to operate, adjust, and care for equipment—including PM routines and correct settings. Complete all required training classes and O.J.T. to maintain and expand your expertise. Assist with equipment installations and relocations to support line changes and upgrades. Perform light fabrication/modification work (fixtures, guards) as needed. Run tool room machines—lathes, mills, and grinders—when necessary. Model 5S and advance safety and company programs across the plant. Your Background Associate degree in industrial maintenance. Four years of hands-on Industrial Maintenance experience. Department of Labor Journeyman Card. Preferred: advanced training in Hydraulics, PLC, Industrial power, and machining. Strong communication; proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry; calm under pace with sharp prioritization; high mechanical aptitude. What the Environment Demands Manufacturing floor setting with heat up to 115°, significant noise, and dirty conditions for long periods. Extended standing/walking; frequent stair and ladder use. Operation of aerial lifts to 45–50 feet and other heavy equipment (forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes). Work under, inside, and above machinery; use power tools in normal and awkward positions. Lift/carry up to 50 lbs and lift at least 50 lbs for short durations. How We Schedule Full-time position with a 12-hour rotation, totaling 36–48 rotating weeks. Overtime and holidays may be required by the Company.
