Required Qualifications:
- This position will be part of a team that manages the administration of an enterprise document management platform.
- This position will be responsible for completing customer requests/projects to make adjustments or enhancements to the tool.
- This position will be responsible handling any operations and maintenance related to the assigned tool.
- This position will be responsible for developing, tracking and documenting any changes or procedures/processes.
- Working with a team and communicating with well with customers.
- Has the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Need to have an understanding of workflow and approval processes.
- MSSQL/IIS is preferred
