Not just by designing technically solid platforms, but by designing/creating Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), golden paths, and self-service capabilities that actually improve the developer experience and productivity. This isn’t a coding-heavy role, but you do understand what great platforms look like under the hood, from Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and golden paths. You speak the language of both engineers and executives. You can navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and enjoy getting people aligned around a shared vision. As a consultant, you won’t be stuck in the same place for years. You’ll be involved in different challenges across industries, defining strategy, facilitating org-wide change, and coaching teams on how to take ownership of platform capabilities.
