Job Description:-
1. Document and map "as is" and "to be" process in Visio diagram Create User stories and Test Cases based on the captured requirements Interact with customers on/ off-site to troubleshoot issues
2. Ability to understand customer business process and requirements and translate into a functional requirement across a wide array of products and technologies.
3. Good communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
4. Ability to create Process workflows, and Activity Diagrams in Visio and any other tool.
5. Prior experience with breaking up of EPIC into User Stories and defining the acceptance criteria for them.
6. Experience in BDD is preferred (Behavior Driven Development)
7. Excellent multitasking ability - Must have ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities, and to drive results through partner
