Plumbing/HVAC Tech - This person will be doing installations, repairs as well as Diagnosing and working as a service technician. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks related to HVAC and plumbing systems. Utilize knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Apply expertise in construction and service technician experience to deliver high‑quality service. Interpret schematics and HVAC designs to ensure accurate and efficient work. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge in field service, appliance repair, and property maintenance. Drive company van to various locations for service calls. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record. General Plumbing Repair including but not limited to re‑piping, faucet repair/installation, leak repair, small excavations as needed.
