We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial and residential plumbing projects in Hermosa Beach, California. This role focuses on project management, estimating, and field coordination to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with plumbing codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing projects from bid award through final completion.
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for plumbing scopes of work.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material procurement.
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation accurately.
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and expectations.

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing construction or plumbing project management.
• Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
