This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000–$120,000 and focuses on project management, estimating, and field coordination to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with plumbing codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing projects from bid award through final completion.
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for plumbing scopes of work.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material procurement.
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation accurately.
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and expectations.
