Aerospace PMO Analyst Pall Corporation is a global leader in high‑tech filtration, separation, and purification. This position reports to the Director of Strategic Programs and is part of the Aerospace Strategic Programs team located in New Port Richey, Florida. The role is on‑site. This position requires U.S. citizenship or eligible status, access to export‑controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services, and adherence to export authorization requirements. Responsibilities Support the Pall Aerospace business unit by enabling product development project success through data analytics, process improvement, and execution of established governance. Own the standard work for project critical tools, including their use, analysis, and continuous improvement. Support daily management rhythms and the tactical execution of active projects. Serve as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management. Lead lower‑risk projects to build project management capability and develop skills in preparation for a future Project Manager role. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field. Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (spreadsheets, databases). Prince 2 or PMP project management certification, with particular knowledge of Earned Value Management. Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time, including overnight international travel. Desirable Experience Experience working in a top aerospace OEM organization.
