Job Summary:
We're seeking a dependable and personable Pool Maintenance Technician to service and maintain residential swimming pools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pool cleaning, chemical balancing and be committed to providing excellent customer service. Lots of opportunities for growth within our company as we expand!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance of residential swimming pools
• Test and adjust pool water chemistry to maintain safe and proper balance
• Inspect pool equipment and report issues as needed
• Maintain an organized and timely route schedule
• Interact professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Drive a company owned vehicle while servicing pool

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in residential pool maintenance
• Solid understanding of pool cleaning procedures and chemical balancing
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) designation is a plus
• Must pass a Criminal & MVR background check as well as a pre-employment drug screening.
• Be at least 18 years old & a high school graduate

Compensation:
$18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities
