The Experience Senior Living Team is beyond thrilled to announce the opening of our newest community The Gallery at Fort Collins, planned for opening in March 2026! As we finalize construction, we are beginning to identify the team that will help to successfully open the doors and welcome residents through grand opening and beyond.

We are looking for a Porter to join our amazing team! This position is expected to start in February 2026. Interviews are happening now!

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. The Porter plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all common areas, assisting with light maintenance duties, and supporting a high standard of hospitality and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, restrooms, activity rooms, and outdoor spaces.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash.
  • Assist with room turnover and light maintenance duties, such as minor repairs, painting, and furniture assembly.
  • Respond promptly to resident and staff requests for assistance with facility-related needs.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support the setup and breakdown of events and activities within the community.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and request replenishment as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or maintenance work, especially in a residential or hospitality setting, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, as required by state regulations.

Benefits
