Your scope of work will include:Reviewing and shaping strategic initiatives and supporting the execution of M&A-related projects, including carve-outs, post-merger integrations and joint ventures, as well as wider transformation and value creation programmesTaking ownership of projects and workstreams, leading teams and actively contributing to the further expansion of the Strategy & Operations practice at European levelWorking closely with colleagues from adjacent advisory areas such as transformation, restructuring, valuation, tax and transaction services, with a strong focus on the strategic and operational elements of transformation engagementsEngaging directly with senior client decision-makers, supporting business development and marketing activities, and playing an active role in the continued growth of the firmIn return for your performance, you can expect an attractive compensation package, excellent career progression opportunities within the consulting industry and a sustainable approach to work-life balance.Your profileTo succeed in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:Master’s degree from a leading university or business school, ideally in economics, business administration, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable fieldAround 2-4 years of professional experience in management or transaction advisory, or a similar consulting environmentHands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: carve-outs, post-merger integration, value creation, performance improvement, commercial or operational due diligenceFluency in English and strong German skillsInterested?
